1. The purpose of the page
Amendment No. 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, strengthened and clarified obligations regarding the collection and processing of personal information. This page gathers the information relevant to the provision of details in Gemelnet forms, including the purposes of the collection, the parties who may receive the information and the rights of the data subjects.
2. What information is collected
In the contact form, first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address, range of pension assets, range of liquid funds and range of available amount for monthly savings are collected. In addition, technical data relating to the source of the referral, the page from which you arrived and the device or browser may be saved, for security purposes, control and measurement of website activity.
3. Is it mandatory to provide the information?
You are under no legal obligation to provide the information, and its delivery depends on your will and consent. Without filling in the mandatory fields and confirming the consent box, the form cannot be sent, and therefore Gemelnet will not be able to get back to you and handle the application using it.
4. The purposes of using the information
The information will be used for establishing contact, clarifying the need presented in the application, adjusting relevant information or services, forwarding an offer, documenting the processing of the application, preventing misuse of the site and improving the site's activity. The use of the information will be done in accordance with the consent given, the regulations of the site and the provisions of the law.
5. To whom the information may be disclosed
The information may be provided to Gemlant employees and service providers on its behalf required to operate the site or handle the request. Depending on the nature of the request and the regulations of the site, it may also be given to relevant parties in the financial and pension field, such as license holders, agencies, insurance companies and investment houses, so that they can make contact and offer a service. Such a transfer may also be made within the framework of a commercial contract, as detailed in the website regulations.
6. Keeping the information and securing it
Gemelnet takes reasonable and acceptable measures to reduce unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure of the information. The information will be kept for the time necessary to handle the application, to manage the business activity and fulfill obligations according to law, and then it will be deleted or undergo a reduction process according to the need and the law.
7. Cookies, local storage and measurement
The site uses browser storage technologies. Essential storage is used to save privacy choices and operation and accessibility preferences. When entering from a sponsored link, the click ID provided by the advertising system, campaign parameters, landing page and arrival time may be saved on the server side. This information is used to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to associate the source of the referral if a form is sent, and does not require the creation of a tracking cookie in the browser.
For the purpose of troubleshooting and improving the contact form, the site records on the server side progress events such as viewing the form, starting to fill it out, the name of the field where an action was performed, field completion, sending attempt and the sending result. In these events, the content of the fields, name, phone, email, IP address or browser details are not saved. The events are associated with a random and temporary identifier of the browsing track and the details of the campaign, as far as they exist.
Only after explicit approval may the first arrival source and an internal measurement ID be saved in the browser, and complete usage data be sent to Google Analytics. Without permission, the Google Tag operates in advanced consent mode with storage and personalized advertising disabled, and may send limited measurement signals without cookies for aggregate reports and conversion modeling. Rejecting unnecessary cookies does not prevent surfing or sending a form. You can change the selection at any time using the "Privacy Settings" button. The choice of consent itself may be retained for up to 180 days, and information about the approved arrival source may be retained in the browser for up to 90 days.
8. Right of inspection and correction
Subject to the provisions of the law, a person may request to review the personal information held on him and request to correct information that is incorrect, complete, clear or updated. For such a request, you can contact Gemlant via Contact form or on the phone 09-7499904. To protect the information, we may ask for reasonable details to verify the identity of the applicant.
9. The person in control of the information and methods of communication
The controller of the information collected through the site is Gemelnet. You can contact via Contact page or on the phone 09-7499904.
This page is intended to provide clear information to users and does not constitute a legal opinion. In the event of a contradiction between what is stated on the page and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law will prevail.
